Return/Exchanges/Refunds We understand that when you need to exchange a dress, you would like to have your dream dress asap. There is no restocking fee for exchanging a dress. Our turnaround time for exchanges is fast to make sure you have your dress in time. Please allow us 3-5 business days to process and ship your exchange. To return or exchange your dress, a return authorization is required. Returns and Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving the order. We charge a 20% restocking fee for returned dresses or you can choose a store credit and will receive the full amount. Please keep in mind that we do no profit from the restocking fee and it is solely to ensure our low prices. If returning more than 4 pieces we will contact you and confirm a restocking fee before shipping out your order. Whether it is a return or an exchange, a return label is not provided when submitting a Request Authorization, including international orders. (You pay for the return) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Please do not send your purchase back before contacting us. If any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts we will not issue a refund or exchange. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, we will not accept. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Orders placed Monday through Friday at 9:00 am PST will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 9:00 am PST and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
